Volkswagen Noida Sector 63 - Showroom Noida's Finest

"This showroom didn’t quite justify the name and reputation of Volkswagen. I went in with the intention of booking a car, as I was genuinely interested, but I had to leave without proceeding since I couldn’t gain any confidence from the staff. I expected a much more premium experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Not sure if it was just in my case or a general issue. The staff did not seem to have accurate information about the vehicle and related details. That’s understandable, but when I pointed it out, instead of acknowledging that some information might be missing, they continued to insist their data was correct — even after I showed them the details from their official website. It would be great if the staff could be better informed and more receptive to customer feedback. A polite acknowledgment or willingness to verify the facts would go a long way in improving the overall experience."
